Growth Hormone Disorders in Children
A Phase 2 clinical trial (NCT02375620) is investigating pegylated somatropin for treating short stature in children who were small for gestational age (SGA). However, this study focuses on pegylated growth hormone rather than PEG-MGF specifically, making its direct relevance unclear.

Current Evidence Limitations
The clinical evidence base for PEG-MGF is notably sparse.
