Is AXIFI HIPAA compliant?
Yes. AXIFI maintains HIPAA compliance for healthcare providers. Our Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is automatically accepted when you create an account. PHI is encrypted using AES-256-GCM at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.
Do you sell my personal information?
No. Axifi AI LLC does not sell your personal information. We only share data with service providers necessary to operate AXIFI, and all are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
How can I exercise my CCPA rights?
California residents can submit privacy requests through our "Do Not Share My Personal Information" page or by emailing legal@axifi.ai. We respond to all requests within 45 days as required by law.
What happens if there is a data breach?
In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you within 15 business days as required by our BAA and applicable law, including all information needed for your own notification obligations.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. You have the right to access, export, and delete your data at any time. Contact legal@axifi.ai or use your account settings to submit a request. Data deletion is typically completed within 30 days.
