The California Consumer Privacy Act applies to California residents. It gives you the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your information.

How long will it take to process my request?

We will respond to your request within 45 days. In complex cases, we may extend this period by an additional 45 days with notice.

Will opting out affect my service?

No. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. Your access to AXIFI services will remain unchanged.

What about my health information?

Protected Health Information (PHI) is handled under HIPAA, not CCPA. We never sell or share PHI for advertising purposes. For PHI-related requests, please contact compliance@axifi.ai.
