TCPA Consent Policy

Your consent to receive communications from AXIFI and how we protect your rights under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

What This Policy Covers

Phone Calls
We may contact you via telephone for service updates, appointment reminders, account notifications, and promotional offers. You can opt out of marketing calls at any time.
Text Messages (SMS)
We may send text messages for appointment reminders, verification codes, service alerts, and promotional content. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Email Communications
We may send emails for account updates, newsletters, product announcements, and marketing communications. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.

Your Consent

By using AXIFI, you consent to the following:

  • Receiving automated and pre-recorded calls and text messages at the phone number(s) you provide
  • Receiving communications via automatic telephone dialing systems (ATDS)
  • Receiving marketing and promotional communications via phone, text, and email
  • Receiving transactional communications (appointment reminders, account alerts, verification codes)

Important Information

  • - Consent is not required to purchase products or services from AXIFI
  • - Message frequency varies based on your account activity
  • - Standard message and data rates may apply
  • - You may revoke consent at any time

How to Opt Out

Opt Out of Text Messages

Reply STOP: Reply "STOP" to any text message from AXIFI

After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message. Transactional messages (verification codes) cannot be opted out of.

Opt Out of Phone Calls

During Call: Request to be removed from call list during any call

Account Settings: Manage preferences in your AXIFI dashboard

We will process opt-out requests within 10 business days. Service-related calls about your account may still occur.
