What This Policy Covers
Your Consent
By using AXIFI, you consent to the following:
- Receiving automated and pre-recorded calls and text messages at the phone number(s) you provide
- Receiving communications via automatic telephone dialing systems (ATDS)
- Receiving marketing and promotional communications via phone, text, and email
- Receiving transactional communications (appointment reminders, account alerts, verification codes)
Important Information
- - Consent is not required to purchase products or services from AXIFI
- - Message frequency varies based on your account activity
- - Standard message and data rates may apply
- - You may revoke consent at any time
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP: Reply "STOP" to any text message from AXIFI

After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message. Transactional messages (verification codes) cannot be opted out of.
During Call: Request to be removed from call list during any call

We will process opt-out requests within 10 business days. Service-related calls about your account may still occur.
