Droxidopa

Droxidopa is a synthetic amino acid precursor that is converted to norepinephrine in the body. It is primarily used to treat neurogenic orthostatic hypotension, a condition that can cause dizziness and fainting due to low blood pressure. By increasing norepinephrine levels, droxidopa may also have potential benefits for cognitive enhancement and improving autonomic function, which are relevant for longevity and health optimization.
