Endometriosis: Recent research demonstrates that low-energy ESWT can reduce inflammation and fibrosis in an estrogen-induced rat model of endometriosis. Tendon Injuries: ESWT has been successfully applied as an effective non-invasive treatment for tendon injuries. Erectile Dysfunction: Low-intensity ESWT is being explored as a treatment for erectile dysfunction, particularly after radical prostatectomy.
